About Our Services
Handsome Lawn Service provides residential and commercial lawn care and landscaping services in Arlington, Texas and surrounding areas. Services may include but are not limited to mowing, edging, trimming, fertilization, weed control, and seasonal cleanup.
Service Agreement and Scheduling
Estimates and Pricing

All estimates are provided free of charge and are valid for 30 days

Final pricing may vary based on actual property conditions

Prices are subject to change with 30 days' written notice for ongoing service contracts
Scheduling and Access

We will make reasonable efforts to provide services on scheduled dates, weather permitting

Customer must provide safe and reasonable access to property

Services may be rescheduled due to weather conditions, equipment issues, or other circumstances beyond our control

Customer is responsible for securing pets during service visits
Service Standards

We are not responsible for damage to unmarked sprinkler systems, decorative items, or other property hazards not clearly visible
Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of service unless other arrangements are made

For ongoing service contracts, payment is due within 15 days of invoice date

Late payments may be subject to a $25 monthly service charge

Returned checks will incur a $35 fee
-
Services may be suspended for accounts more than 30 days past due
Collection and Lien Rights

For unpaid balances, we reserve the right to pursue all legal remedies available under Texas law

We may file a mechanic's lien against the property where services were performed for unpaid lawn care and landscaping services

Customer will be responsible for all collection costs, including attorney fees and court costs

Mechanic's lien filings may affect property ownership transfer and refinancing until resolved

Mark or remove any fragile items, sprinkler heads, or decorative objects

We are not responsible for pre-existing lawn conditions or damage

Liability Limitations

Our liability is limited to the cost of the specific service provided

We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages

Customer agrees to hold us harmless for damage to unmarked property hazards

Claims must be reported within 48 hours of service completion
Cancellation and Termination

Ongoing service contracts require 30 days' written notice for cancellation

Landscaping Materials and Window/Door Areas

Many properties have decorative rocks, gravel, or other landscaping materials near windows, doors, and building foundations

While we exercise reasonable care during mowing and landscaping activities, these materials can become projectiles when disturbed by equipment

We cannot be responsible for damage to windows, doors, siding, vehicles, or other property caused by rocks or debris that may be displaced during normal lawn care operations

Customer is responsible for removing or securing loose decorative materials in areas where lawn equipment will be operating

We recommend discussing high-risk areas during initial consultation to develop appropriate service strategies
Chemical Applications

Fertilizers and treatments are applied according to manufacturer guidelines and industry standards

Results may vary based on soil conditions, weather, and grass type
